Innovation continues at Life Pro with vegan almost-no-sugar chips made from brown rice

Life Pro Nutrition Brown Rice Chips

Life Pro Nutrition didn’t win our Functional Brand Of The Year Award for nothing; it earned the title for pumping out a massive variety of protein snacks and better-for-you foods, and they were in all sorts of unique and intriguing formats. This year, it has been no different, and to close out this month, the versatile Spanish brand has another item with Brown Rice Chips, which very obviously explains everything in its title, with a crispy and crunchy chip-style food that is made from brown rice.

This is one of the rare occasions in a Life Pro Nutrition functional food that isn’t high-in-protein, it is more about being completely vegan-friendly, clean, and nutritious. The descriptively named Brown Rice Chips is made primarily with brown rice, olive oil, and various flavoring ingredients like paprika, pepper, garlic, vinegar, and tomato. The result is a high carbohydrate nutrition profile, at 40g in a 60g bag, 1.4g of sugar, a moderate 10g of fat, and a relatively low amount of protein at 5g, ending on 276 calories.

Brown Rice Chips is a great addition to the Life Pro Nutrition catalog, and while it’s not the usual protein-packed approach, it is something for the vegan-friendly community, opening the brand up to an even broader audience. Life Pro also already has Protein Chips and Protein Nachos available, so it has you covered in the area of a chip-format protein snack. As always, you can get the latest from the brand straight from lifepronutrition.com at €1.90 in Smoked BBQ or Sour Cream and Onion flavors.
