The beverage behemoth Prime has certainly picked up the pace in releasing of its special edition collaborations, where it puts together and themes flavors or reskins of its signature Prime Hydration Drink around partners and ambassadors. In the last two months alone, we’ve seen the brand get together with the legendary football team Arsensal for its own bottle, a signature flavor for football star Erling Haaland in a vibrant mix of colors, and a bolt-filled variant for the seven-a-side Kings League in Spain.
All of those recent special editions for the Prime Hydration Drink have been for the UK and European markets, this month though there is something for those of you here in the US with a reskin produced in partnership with the professional baseball player, Aaron Judge, from the New York Yankees. Similar to the likes of the LA Dodgers collaboration, this is not a completely new flavor, it is the already available Cherry Freeze wrapped in an alternative label featuring a design simlar to the New York Yankees uniform.
Prime’s Aaron Judge edition of the Prime Hydration Drink actually comes in two designs, the one you see above in the white and navy blue, and the other is a limited edition launch with a mint green type background, gold accents, and Aaron Judge’s autograph at the top instead of printed. There are several reports of the special edition collaboration being available in Walmart locations, so be on the look out, and if you’re a collector, be sure to go hunting for the regular and very different limited variant.
