The subcategory of bulk liquid, glycerol-based pump pre-workouts has grown a lot since Nutristat brought Pump Script to market and Evogen reinvigorated interest in the format with EVP AQ. There are now several other highly effective competitors in that area, like Inspired’s FSU Serum and the muscle-bloating Pump Sauce. ANS Performance in Canada is about to throw its hat in the ring with Dilate Liquid Pump, a spin-off of its long-running pump-enhancing pre-workout Dilate.
ANS Performance’s Dilate Liquid Pump goes the route those others mentioned have, packing a solid dose of glycerol into each of its 15ml servings at 10g, but the buck doesn’t stop there. To further drive hydration, muscle fullness, and intense pumps, there is half a gram of pink Himalayan salt, 3g of straight citrulline, and a couple of b vitamins. There is room to double the serving if you want to pump up to a hefty 20g of glycerol, as there are 31 in every bottle, which is 15 using two.
Dilate Liquid Pump is flavored and will hit the market in the near future in three flavors, including a classic Blue Raspberry. There are absolutely no stimulants in this one, meaning it can seamlessly stack with stimulant pre-workouts, like ANS Performance’s own Ritual, Rave, or the packed-out Prophecy. You can even throw Liquid Pump together with the powder version of Dilate, which has some citrulline and glycerol too, although not in any amounts that would hold back stacking the two.
