Indian retailer and brand Healthfarm Nutrition has revamped one of its previously released protein powders in Diet Whey, which takes a similar approach to other, similarly named supplements out there in the sports nutrition industry. Diet Whey is a combination of whey for a quality source of protein and a few components to support weight management, and there are several flavors to choose from, all of which are relatively interesting and far from your traditional chocolate and vanilla.
Healthfarm Nutrition has juiced up the protein in the new 2024 edition of Diet Whey at 30g a serving from a blend of mostly whey isolate plus whey concentrate. The other macros filling out a scoop are a low 1.7g of fat and a surprisingly high 11.4g of carbohydrates, maltodextrin being the source. The calories come in at a more meal replacement level of 175, then rounding it out, to make the supplement that hybrid weight loss-supporting product and complete nutrition solution, you get a spectrum of vitamins and minerals, a gram of green tea, 1.5g of CLA, green coffee bean, and carnitine.
As with most updated supplements, Healthfarm Nutrition has indeed improved its original weight loss-supporting Diet Whey protein powder, offering more on both sides. Once again, the supplement has quite an interesting menu, far from anything traditional in Rocky Road, Mango Delight, Butter Almonds, and Coffee Toffee. To mark the launch of Healthfarm’s revamped meal replacement product, Diet Whey is being discounted direct from ₹6,999 down to ₹3,899 (46.57 USD) for a 2kg tub.
