Sci-Core debuts its cost-competitive whey-based protein powder in six different flavors

Sci Core One Whey Protein Powder

Fresh off the launch of its revamped series of pre-workouts, including the stacked Noxi Loaded, the South African supplement company Sci-Core has revealed and released a completely new protein powder named One Whey, separate from anything else it has done or had available. The brand’s newest competitor in the space is as simple as it can get, as it relies entirely on whey concentrate to provide its 23g of protein in a 32g serving, with no blend or involvement from any other ingredients.

Sci-Core’s One Whey is relatively reasonable elsewhere in its nutrition profile, pairing the 23g of protein with 3.2g of carbohydrates, just a gram of sugar, 1.9g of fat, and 122 calories, all based on the classic Milky Choc flavor. There are five other options on the menu of the debut supplement, featuring macros similar to Milky Choc at around 23 to 25g of protein, with another classic taste in Vanilla, a twist on that classic in Vanilla Custard, Choc Peanut, Caramel Cookie, and last but not least, Choc Mint.

The branding Sci-Core has put on its One Whey protein powder is substantially different from its other supplements, including the Noxi family of pre-workouts, which will certainly help it stand out on shelves in stores and marketing material. The protein powder is rolling out in a rather small, lighter than 2lb tub, with 20 servings in total, and that doesn’t vary from flavor to flavor. You can get it straight from the brand’s online store at a suitably cost-effective price of 499 ZAR (28.06 USD) each.
