Monster Ultra Blue Hawaiian on display at NACS featuring an extra sweet blue raspberry flavor

Monster Ultra Blue Hawaiian At Nacs

The NACS Show officially kicked off today here in Las Vegas, where brands from all sorts of industries that can be found in convenience stores in some shape or form come together to exhibit in the biggest way possible. One of the biggest names in the business of energy drinks, Monster, always brings its best to NACS, and that is once again the case for 2024, showing off all of its upcoming innovations at the Las Vegas Convention Center, including the recently revealed, Monster Ultra Blue Hawaiian.

The product was previewed to close out the month of September, and here, about one week later, we got our hands on the all-new Monster Ultra Blue Hawaiian and were given the opportunity to try it and find out firsthand what it tastes like. There were suspicions of it being some sort of multi-fruit tropical taste, although here at the NACS Show, it was officially described to us as blue raspberry, and while that may sound relatively generic and straightforward, the energy drink’s actual flavor is far from it.

We’ve had our fair share of blue raspberry supplements and energy drinks, and Monster Ultra Blue Hawaiian might be the sweetest. You do get that familiar blue raspberry taste, but it has an extra sweet twist, similar to some of the other Monster Ultra options like Fantasy Ruby Red and Peachy Keen. This is all with no sugar and next to no calories, and as previously expected, Ultra Blue Hawaiian is due to hit the market in the first quarter of next year, so about three or four months away from coolers.
