Novo makes a smaller half-sized bag of its tasty high-protein chip snack

Novo Nutrition Snack Sized Protein Pops

Protein Pops is the evolution of Novo Nutrition’s effort in the functional food space, specifically high-protein chips, as it entered the market several years ago, then jumped back in last year with that product. Protein Pops come with 10g of protein per bag and five enjoyable tastes to choose from: Sour Cream and Onion, Barbecue, Sweet Chilli, Salt and Pepper, and Tangy Cheese. The UK-based brand obviously has experience in the space and format, found great success, and it’s all helped with strong distribution.

Novo Nutrition already has all of the pieces to make Protein Pops an easily accessible hit that continues to grow, and to keep pushing that expansion and awareness, the brand is rolling out a second size of its high-protein chip snack that is even more suited for on-the-go consumption. The 23g variant of Protein Pops is half the size of the original, resulting in precisely half the protein at 5g with sub-100 calories around 95, and it is hitting convenience stores this month in Barbecue and Tangy Cheese flavors.
