RYSE keeps the formula of its pre-workout RTD close to the original powder

Ryse Loaded Pre Rtd

Quickly following the launch of its first-ever protein beverage, the Clear Protein RTD, RYSE has dropped another product in that same format, although, unlike the Clear Protein RTD, this is something we have seen from it before. Several years ago, fans may remember that RYSE had a drinkable variant of its premium and well-formulated Blackout Series pre-workout, and now we’ve got the same sort of thing but a version of the more mainstream-level pre-workout, Loaded Pre.

When you go from the traditional format of bulk-flavored powder to ready-to-drink, you tend to lose the usability of certain ingredients for a number of different reasons. We’ve got the complete formula behind the pre-workout beverage and can confirm RYSE has done a damn good job at carrying over a lot of what you get from Loaded Pre to the Loaded Pre RTD. In fact, every key ingredient from the original is in the beverage alternative, although some of the dosages have changed.

Per Bottle
Sodium120mg
Potassium140mg
L-Citrulline6,000mg
Beta Alanine3,500mg
Caffeine Anhydrous250mg
Di-Caffeine Malate100mg
Theobromine100mg
L-Theanine50mg

Just like the original Loaded Pre powder supplement, RYSE has packed citrulline and beta-alanine into its Loaded Pre RTD, with slightly more of the former at 6g to maximize muscle pumps, and the same amount of the latter at 3.5g to support performance and endurance. Theobromine and theanine are also present in the pre-workout beverage, and like the beta-alanine, the brand has maintained their dosages, giving you 100mg of theobromine and 50mg of the energy-smoothing theanine.

Lastly, there is, of course, caffeine in RYSE’s Loaded Pre RTD, at a slightly lower combined amount. Instead of 300mg of caffeine anhydrous, the beverage has 250mg, and instead of zumXR, you get 100mg of di-caffeine malate, coming together to provide a total of 325mg of caffeine for a respectable hit of energy. RYSE will be rolling out its on-the-go pre-workout supplement shortly in a few flavors, including Baja Cooler, and the authentic tastes, Sour Punch Green Apple and Ring Pop.
