Warrior infuses its newest protein bar with a 3g dose of muscle building creatine

Warrior Creatine Protein Bar

Warrior in the United Kingdom has some of the most popular protein bars in the market, in the delicious candy bar-like Warrior Crunch and the more wholesome, wholefood-based Warrior Raw. The brand clearly has a lot of experience when it comes to protein snacks, and successful experience at that, and now it’s dropping a type of a bar we have not seen in a very long time. Becoming available this week is the Warrior Creatine Protein Bar, as it does indeed feature effective dosages of creatine and protein.

Many years ago, it wasn’t common, but it was seen a fair amount that sports nutrition brands, like Warrior, would make protein bars and snacks with a touch of creatine for their daily dose of the trusted ingredient to support muscle strength and size. The simply named Warrior Creatine Protein Bar comes with 20g of protein per piece, relying on milk protein and collagen as sources; then on the creatine side of things, you get a respectable dose of 3g a bar, a common dose but impressive here as it’s in a bar.

The rest of the nutrition profile in the newly released Warrior Creatine Protein Bar consists of 19g of carbohydrates, a light 3.6g of that sugar, 3.6g of fat, and a calorie count of 237. The macros in the product are on par with many other snacks and treats, but you’ll be hard-pressed to find one that has a reliable dose of creatine. The Warrior innovation has a two-birds-with-one-stone angle to it, acting as an edible protein and creatine supplement, and you can get it direct at £19.99 (26.12 USD) for a box of 12 bars in your choice of three flavors: Chocolate Orange, Salted Caramel Brownie, and Chocolate Peanut.
