Per4m following in the footsteps of others in the market and releasing high-protein rice cakes

Per4m High Protein Rice Cake

Per4m in the United Kingdom is known for its extensive selection of protein-based supplements, and while it has a few other sports nutrition products available, the likes of its Whey Advanced Protein and Isolate Zero are the stars of the show in their massive variety of flavors. Interestingly, despite being included in the European market, Per4m has not reached into the world of functional foods with a protein bar or anything like that, but it is about to, and not with anything traditional.

Per4m’s protein powders are relatively simple and straightforward unless you’re talking about the delicious experiences they offer; its upcoming protein snack is not like that. The popular UK-based brand has previewed Protein Rice Cake, something we’ve seen from Bite & More, Mountain Joe’s, and most recently, Genius Nutrition. All of those are European competitors, so Per4m’s Protein Rice Cake isn’t a completely new concept, but interesting nonetheless, and it’ll be here soon.

The upcoming Protein Rice Cake from Per4m has 10g of protein per pack, each pack has two 32g rice cakes and a combined 1.2 to 6g of sugar. We’re not sure what the other macros in the functional offering are, although with the same amount of protein and weight as the Mountain Joe’s product, we’re guessing they’ll end around the same at 280 to 300 calories. There are going to be two flavors, the same two as the rice cakes from Mountain Joe’s debuted in with Dark and White Chocolate.
