Trained By JP finally makes something specifically for the hydration space

Trained By Jp Hydration

It may be surprising to know that as extensive as the selection of supplements is from Trained By JP Nutrition in the United Kingdom, there are some gaps with categories and formats the team has yet to touch. While the brand has touched this one in some ways in other types of products, it has not specifically gone after hydration, until this month. Trained By JP has revealed and released Hydration, a supplement for its title category powered by a variety of electrolytes.

Trained By JP Nutrition’s Hydration comes with all sorts of quality electrolyte sources, including sodium chloride, pink Himalayan salt, and watermelon fruit, to ensure your electrolyte needs are met and supported throughout training or the day itself. There are a couple of other components in the product with taurine and fructooligosaccharides at 3g and 1g, respectively, to further drive the endurance goals, but the electrolyte and hydration are the star features of this one.

Considering Hydration is mostly electrolytes, the price of the latest Trained By JP Nutrition innovation is rather high, sitting at £29.99 (37.89 USD) through its online store at tb-jp.com. It does have respectable dosages and quality ingredients, although it still sits above a lot of the competitors in the category without a huge amount of things outside of the electrolytes. There are three flavors to choose from to start: Apple Melon, Strawberry Pineapple, and Pink Lemonade.
