Two past champions progress through to the Protein Wars semifinals

Stack3d Protein Wars 2024 Semifinals

The third round has arrived for the 2024 Protein Wars, proudly presented by Ingredient Optimized. We also like to refer to this round as the semifinals, as it is the second to last round, and we’ve got two champions back in the running to take home another title. Round two of the annual protein powder showdown was intense for a couple of the groups, although some of the others were intensely competitive and resulted in two supplements making this stage that simply hadn’t made it this far before.

The past Protein Wars winners progressing into the semifinals are Ghost Whey and RYSE Loaded Protein, the latter being the reigning champion. As for the two newcomers of sorts, at least newcomers to the second-to-last round of the competition, they are Panda Fuel, which battled past Legion, Jocko, and NutraBio. The other supplement that’s progressed is Muscle Sport Lean Whey, taking out Applied Nutrition’s Critical Whey, second-ever winner Machine Whey, and the Canadian classics ISOFlex and ISOGold.

After randomizing the protein powders, the two semifinal groups see Ghost Whey taking on Panda Fuel, and RYSE Loaded Protein versus Muscle Sport’s popular Lean Whey. As always, we leave it up to voters to decide who progresses and moves on to the next round, with everyone given the ability to vote once per group. You can do that and have your say at proteinwars.com, and we look forward to coming back around this time to share the two competitors in the grand final and find out who wins the title for 2024.
