Legacy German brand IronMaxx recreates a Snickers in its latest functional innovation

Ironmaxx Maxxers

IronMaxx Nutrition is a legacy sports nutrition company in Germany that has proudly been around for an incredible two years. One decade, let alone two, is an impressive amount of time to stay relevant and competitive, but it’s something the brand has been able to do with a whole host of categories under its belt. The IronMaxx family includes protein powder, cream of rice, pre-workout, standalones, creatine, amino acids, and functional food, the last one being an area that just got a bit of innovation.

There have been protein bars and protein snacks available from IronMaxx Nutrition for some time, but none look quite as mouthwateringly delicious as the newly released Maxxers. The German brand genuinely looks to have recreated a Snickers candy bar in its Maxxers treat featuring a doughy base, a thick layer of crunchy peanuts, gooey caramel, and a blanket of chocolate. As impressive as the product looks, being an experienced brand, IronMaxx ensures it does its job nutritionally.

A single Maxxers protein bar in its currently only delicious peanut caramel flavor, you get 13g of protein, a little under the usual 20g; however, to be fair, the build of this makes it look more than worth it, in fact, that might be the case for half a bar. The other macros are 16g of fat, 14g of carbohydrates, 7.7g of that sugar, and 249 calories. The functional food is out now in Germany and is further proof that even after its 20 years in business, IronMaxx Nutrition knows how to change and keep up with the times.
