Magnesium and KSM-66-backed Ashwagandha further expand Conteh’s Health Series

Conteh Magnesium And Ashwagandha

Similar to other reputable sports nutrition companies around the industry, like Apollon Nutrition and Core Nutritionals, to name a few, Conteh Sports in the United Kingdom has slowly but surely been building out its Conteh Health Series. It is a collection of mostly simple and basic supplements to conveniently squeeze into most daily stacks to support specific areas of health and wellness. We just saw Conteh add to the family a month or so ago with P5P, Astragalus, Nattokinase, and Uridine.

Conteh Sports is back again, expanding its Health Series with two more products, both of them centered around a single key ingredient, and each names that focus in the title. There is Magnesium, featuring three reliable sources of magnesium in bisglycinate, taurate, and citrate, totaling 251mg of elemental magnesium per serving. The second item is Ashwagandha+, combining the powerhouse, multi-benefit KSM-66 Ashwagandha at a full 600mg for performance, recovery, and hormone health in a two-capsule serving, plus ZMA, and BioPerine black pepper to optimize absorption.

Both Magesnium and the KSM-66-powered Ashwagandha+ are in stock and available starting this week through Conteh Sports’ online store, each for its own individual price, which is no surprise with their basic and premium ingredients. The cost of Magnesium is £16.99 (21.07 USD) for a bottle of 60 complete servings, and Ashwagandha is a few pounds higher at £19.99 (24.79 USD) for the same 60 servings.
