Something that has become a little more common in the UK and Europe are protein beverages that come in a volume significantly below your standard 12oz ready-to-drink protein supplement. Protein Dynamix Whey Shot gives you the traditional 20g of protein, primarily from whey, although it doesn’t come in a full-size 12oz carton or full-volume bottle. The 20g of protein is stuffed into a pocket-sized 100ml shot, and there are no carbohydrates, sugar or fat to the product.
Protein Dynamix has launched Whey Shot in two flavors, both sweet and fruity with Tropical and Mixed Berry, offering sort of a clear protein experience.
