The supplement brings together the likes of coconut water and Himalayan pink salt for a combined electrolyte count of close to a gram per serving. The brand has also thrown in glycine, glutamine, taurine, and a gram of Enduracarb trehalose for further performance and endurance.
Carborade Effective Hydration is essentially Carborade Energy & Recovery without the carbohydrates, giving you all of the benefits without the carbs and calories.
