Both innovations from Europe’s Go Fitness taste like they’re titled with Red Velvet being inspired by the signature deep red dessert and the latter bringing the taste of Pistachio into the creamy filling of the on-the-go snack. The macros on the functional food are not as good as your typical protein bar but still somewhat reasonable at 10g of protein in a 50g pancake alongside 15g of carbohydrates, a third of that sugar, 7g of fat, and 164 calories.
