Legion uses Ovosur in its clean and easily digestible egg white protein powder

Legion Egg Protein

The fast-moving Legion is back in the news again with another entry in the popular protein powder category, introducing the premium egg white protein powder, Egg+, offering something different to its other protein-based supplements. Egg+ leans into simplicity with a focus on purity and digestibility, combining quality instantized egg white protein with smooth mixing, a great taste, and a standard nutrition profile.

At the core of Legion’s Egg+ is Ovosur-branded egg white protein, supplying 22g of protein per 35g serving. This particular brand of egg white provides 80% protein, similar to your typical whey concentrate, resulting in 5g of carbohydrates, none of that sugar, and 2.5g of fat. The carbs are a bit higher than usual, but for the alternative source of protein that it is, it’s a fair tradeoff, and it doesn’t throw the calories too far out at 130.

Egg+ gives users a non-dairy protein solution that mixes well, digests easily, and offers all of the usual protein powder benefits in muscle growth, recovery, and performance. Legion is known for clean, quality, and straight-to-the-point supplements, and its latest continues that. The price of Egg+ is just under the brand’s Clear Whey and Whey+, at $59.99 but only 20 servings a bag in Dutch Chocolate and French Vanilla flavors.
