As RYSE ushers in its hybrid energy drink, seamlessly blending caffeine and protein into the 12oz RYSE Energy Drink, it is going to affect the position of its current competitor in the category, the RYSE Fuel Energy Drink. The difference with the smaller offering will be its slimmer can, splash of 8g of protein, and a moderate 150mg of caffeine for energy, although changes are also being made to the original competitor, RYSE Fuel.
In the months following the imminent arrival of the RYSE Energy Drink, RYSE Fuel Energy is going to be reworked and relaunched as a more comprehensive nootropic offering. The brand plans on infusing it with a few focus and cognition ingredients, including the premium powerhouse Cognizin citicoline. It hasn’t been mentioned if the caffeine will change or anything else, but it is clearly going to offer much more in the focus department.
It makes sense that with the introduction of the RYSE Fuel Energy Drink, the sports nutrition company gives it a clear point of difference. It’s great to see the brand make that divide stronger by changing its 16oz energy drink, and edging it closer to something like the Gorilla Mind Energy Drink and C4 Smart Energy. Cognizin is more than enough to get the job done, although again, there will be more than that for the nootropic direction.
