Surreal has always been a great tasting, high-protein, low-carbohydrate cereal, but over the last year or so, it has become an incredibly entertaining company with its marketing and activations. Look no further than the special edition collaboration with sex toy and erotic gift retailer Lovehoney. The brand reskinned its popular Honey Crunch flavor as Lovehoney Crunch, called it Dild-O’s, and put one of Lovehoney’s bullet vibrators inside.
This week, Surreal hasn’t made something that you can necessarily buy, but it is rather interesting and entertaining for consumers. The UK-based functional food company has teamed up with the artist Curious Creationz for a series of special edition boxes of the Cocoa flavor of its protein cereal. The brand has produced mostly blank, black and white boxes that Curious Creationz filled with pieces of artwork, none of which are alike.
The catch with Surreal and Curious Creationz collaborations is that you can’t purchase any of the boxes, you can only win them via a giveaway on social media. All you need to do is drop by this post on Instagram, comment on the post with a word that rhymes with art before midnight on Monday of next week. Following the deadline, Surreal will select the winners and directly send them one of the extremely limited boxes.
