Of course, coming from the brand that they do, the popsicles aren’t your traditionally sugar-loaded treat. Ahead delivers great flavor without the guilt at only 1.8g of carbohydrates each, none of that sugar, and an extremely impressive ten calories.
Ahead Nutrition’s Freeze Pops are a great innovation for this time of year, summer, and it hasn’t kept them exclusive to its online store or anything like that. You can find the guilt-free popsicles at Rewe stores all across Germany, a major chain that has close to 4,000 locations. There are also five flavors to choose from in Peach, Lemon, Cola, Woodruff, and Cherry, although they’re all sold together in a variety box with two of each; no singles are available.
