Ahead goes sugar-free and keeps to just 10 calories for its guilt-free Freeze Pops

Ahead Freeze Pops

There are many colorful and creative functional food companies in Europe, and a lot of them hail from the competitive German market, where the likes of ESN, More Nutrition, Inlead, and Ahead Nutrition are based. We’re focusing on the last one on that list, Ahead Nutrition, a brightly branded line of mostly functional foods that also has far more variety than most, with varying strategies, like high protein, keto-friendly, low sugar, or just low calories.

One of the more recent innovations to come out of Ahead Nutrition in Germany is Freeze Pops, and it is indeed the concept you’d expect based on the name, with a box of light and refreshing popsicles. Of course, coming from the brand that they do, the popsicles aren’t your traditionally sugar-loaded treat. Ahead delivers great flavor without the guilt at only 1.8g of carbohydrates each, none of that sugar, and an extremely impressive ten calories.

Ahead Nutrition’s Freeze Pops are a great innovation for this time of year, summer, and it hasn’t kept them exclusive to its online store or anything like that. You can find the guilt-free popsicles at Rewe stores all across Germany, a major chain that has close to 4,000 locations. There are also five flavors to choose from in Peach, Lemon, Cola, Woodruff, and Cherry, although they’re all sold together in a variety box with two of each; no singles are available.
