Here we’re going to talk about Plasma BCAA, which is a loaded amino product that, despite its unique bioavailability-enhancing feature, it still packs more of the three all-important amino acids than your standard competitor.
MuscleTech’s Plasma BCAA comes with 10g of BCAAs per two-scoop serving, and that is broken up into the usual 2:1:1 ratio with 5g of that leucine and 2.5g each of isoleucine and valine. The bioavailability comes from the brand using premium ioBCAAs. That is Ingredient Optimized BCAAs that go through a process to radically improve their absorption by about 2.8x, meaning 10g from Plasma BCAA is about the same as 28g of regular BCAAs.
Plasma BCAA also comes with a bit of taurine at 2g a serving, and these amounts are in a two-scoop serving, meaning you can scale down to a single serving if you like to get more servings out of the supplement.
