Lit is the flagship pre-workout from GNC’s reputable house brand Beyond Raw, which has spawned a couple of spin-offs, in the more premium Lit AF and beverage, the Lit Energy Drink. The original supplement is now getting its own revamp in Lit V2. The brand makes it known that this is a bigger and better product, calling out “V2” right on the front of the bottle and promising a harder hit and stronger pumps.
GNC and Beyond Raw have carried over a few of the key ingredients from the original Lit pre-workout, including the ever-present beta-alanine at the same 3.2g to improve performance and the strength-supporting creatine monohydrate, but at twice the dose to 3g. Citrulline has remained as well, also at a higher amount of 5g instead of 3g, although it makes sense, as premium Nitrosigine did not make the sequel.

Then, taking care of the stimulation in Lit V2, you get the focus powerhouse Cognizin at 250mg paired with another 250mg of fast and slow release caffeine, all topped off with AstraGin to maximize absorption and dial up overall results.
Beyond Raw pushed the pumps as mentioned on the outside of the supplement, ramped up the performance with more creatine and the power of Senactiv, then for that stronger hit, you get Cognizin for heightened focus and cognition.
