Australian brand EHP Labs has launched its first-ever gummy supplement, and unlike most others in the industry, it has not filled the deliciously edible product with creatine. The long-running company has taken the opportunity to make a spin-off of its signature fat-burning solution, OxyShred. In a serving of four pieces of EHP Labs OxyShred Gummies, there is a gram of carnitine to enhance metabolism, 200mg of white kidney bean, green coffee bean at 100mg, 400mg of inulin fiber for gut health, and chromium picolinate at 200mcg. As mentioned, there is also stimulating caffeine, by way of 100mg of natural caffeine, so not a huge amount, but more than enough for a noticeable, uplifting boost in energy.
