The innovation that sent Finaflex and its now dedicated snack brand, Redefine Foods, down the path of functional treats was the Oatmeal Protein Pie. It is a wholesome and nutritious take on a classic oatmeal pie infused with a lot more protein at 14g per piece. The product features incredibly soft and smooth cookies on either side, and in between is a creamy filling that can be found in a variety of flavors.
Redefine Foods has announced another flavor of the Oatmeal Protein Pie to go alongside its original marshmallow-tasting option, and the authentic Skippy collaborations in Skippy Peanut Butter and Skippy Chocolate. The latest extension to the product sounds like the brand’s most delicious to date, also inspired by a traditional food in Peanut Butter and Jelly, with peanut butter cookies and a strawberry filling.
The nutrition profile is like the others, packing 14g of protein, double that in carbohydrates at 28g with just 5g of that sugar, 16g of fat, and a calorie count of 280. The promising Strawberry PB&J Oat Protein Pie from Redefine is made with actual peanut butter and strawberry puree for the strawberry filling, ensuring it is as good as it looks. The product is going live this week through Redefine’s website at $14.99 for a four-pack.
