The functional protein specialist ProPud in Sweden, which is a must-try for anyone who visits that country, has a lesser-known product that is easily one of the biggest ready-to-drink protein supplements on the market. Back in 2023, the parent company NJIE launched a giant one-liter carton of its incredibly delicious, genuinely milkshake-like protein drink, the ProPud Milkshake, that packs a grand total of 60g of protein.
The one-liter ProPud Milkshake has all of the sweetness, creaminess, and muscle-building nutrition of the original 330ml bottle, just three lots of it. The product started only being available in a classic Chocolate flavor, then last year came Vanilla, and this month, we’ve got option number three in Strawberry N’ Cream. It is the same strawberry-based flavor as the regular 330ml ProPud Milkshake in that giant one-liter carton.
The total nutrition profile in the one-liter Strawberry N’ Cream ProPud Milkshake provides 60g of protein, 40g of carbohydrates, 15g of fat, and 580 calories. It is kind of a clean gainer or even balanced meal replacement, that’s if you drink it all at once. You could always just throw it in the refrigerator and have servings when you want, either way, consumers now have a third flavor for that giant ProPud Milkshake.
