Chiefs pumps up the protein to 20g in its innovative new coffee beverage

Chiefs Protein Coffee

The functional innovator Chiefs in Switzerland, which makes some incredibly delicious protein shakes, protein bars, and incredibly enjoyable protein puddings, has branched out into many other formats over the last couple of years. In March, the brand really showed some diversity with its delicious Protein Milk Snack, Protein Chantilly Dessert, and the on-point Protein Panna Cotta Dessert, and this month it’s followed that up with Protein Coffee.

Chiefs’ Protein Coffee isn’t a bulk powder supplement or a ready-to-drink in the traditional plastic bottle or cardboard carton. The innovation comes in a traditional on-the-go coffee cup, complete with the plastic sip lid and everything. Inside is a different sort of story, though, where you get a blend of skimmed milk, coffee, and added milk protein to give you 20g of protein per cup, 8g of carbohydrates, most of that sugar, and 115 to 135 calories.

The result is a coffee-style beverage that is stacked with protein, far more than your standard coffee, and it has no added sugar. There is some caffeine to it at 65mg, all from the Arabica coffee. Chiefs is rolling out its all-new Protein Coffee to its extensive network of retailers in Switzerland this week in two flavors, Latte Macchiato and a classic Latte.
