Pumpkin Spice is back for another limited run for Three Wishes better-for-you cereal

Three Wishes Pumpkin Spice Cereal

Three Wishes is a functional-food company built around breakfast solutions and nutrient-forward products. Since its launch, it has offered grain-free, protein-rich cereal with several flavors to choose from and made with chickpea, pea protein, and tapioca to counter traditional sugary, grain-based options. The simply named original hit, Three Wishes Protein Cereal, packs a moderate amount of protein at 8g a serving and only 3g of sugar.

This month, as with many other health and nutrition brands, Three Wishes is leaning into the fall season with a limited Pumpkin Spice flavor of its signature, better-for-you cereal. The taste is warm, subtly spiced, and all about pumpkin, and as many fans will know, this is a return, as it has been available before. Each 35g cup delivers 8g of protein, 2g of fat, 20g of carbohydrates, including 3g of fiber, all at 130 calories, and it is rolling out to retailers now.
