FTW releases a new flavor-first protein powder in the pricier Delicious Whey

Ftw Delicious Whey

Major Brazilian player FTW was already in the protein powder category, as is practically everyone in that part of the world, due to protein being such a huge market there. The brand’s 100% Whey Protein is its star competitor, offering great value, quality protein, and a great nutrition profile. In an effort to give fans a bit more variety, it has introduced Delicious Whey, which is also a whey-based protein powder with more focus on delivering great flavor.

FTW’s Delicious Whey is incredibly similar to the already available Delicious 3Whey, another flavor-first protein powder from the team, although it is currently heavily discounted and might be getting replaced by the new release. Either way, Delicious Whey relies on a blend of whey concentrate and isolate, providing 21g of protein in a standard 30g serving, with 4.4g of carbohydrates, none of that sugar, 1.8g of fat, and a calorie count around 120.

The carbohydrates and calories are a bit higher than your typical whey-powered protein supplement, but again, the focus here is a gourmet taste and texture, and it’s typical for that angle to come with a bit of sacrifice. Through FTW’s website, you will pay a bit more for Delicious Whey than Delicious 3Whey, even more so due to its current discount, with its latest effort priced at a premium R$279 (51.62 USD) for a 2lb tub in a strong eight-flavor menu.
