Red Bull makes a special edition can with Ohio State star Jeremiah Smith

The energy drink giant Red Bull is no stranger to special edition flavors and designs on its iconic line of beverages. On some occasions, individual athletes will make their way onto a can, with past features from the likes of Kris Bryant, Blake Griffin, Lindsey Vonn, and Travis Pastrana. To close out the year, Red Bull has put together another limited edition ambassador reskin of its flagship energy drink featuring a collegiate athlete for the first time.

Red Bull has collaborated with rising football star Jeremiah Smith for an eye-catching temporary can design that is going to be available from this month through to December. The energy drink leader has put the receiver himself in the top left corner, then a highlight-reel one-handed catch from bottom right to left. Red Bull has also colored the “4” on the 8.4oz can in red as a nod to Jeremiah’s jersey number at Ohio State University.

The Red Bull and Jeremiah Smith energy drink is being produced in both the classic 8.4oz can and slightly larger 12oz, and once again, it’s only going to be around for a limited time between this month and December, or while stocks last.
