Under Labz debuts a protein bar promising to be closer to a homemade treat

Under Labz Buenissimo

Brazilian brand Under Labz does a great job at standing out from its distinct, eye-catching branding to its formulas, categories, and efficacy. It has grown rather quickly, but has not let go of that trait to walk its own path and find its own way. The reputable brand has just dropped an all-new functional food, introducing Buenissimo, and similar to its powder supplements, it is not like your typical, traditional snack.

Under Labz has filled its newest protein snack with a crumbly cake-like base layer, a gooey creamy filling across the top, and a hard, flavorful coating. The makeup is similar to other bars out there, although each of those areas has been deliciously tweaked to be a bit tastier. Buenissimo promises an experience that’s closer to a treat baked in the kitchen rather than a factory line protein bar that you’re more used to.

Buenissimo looks absolutely mouthwatering in marketing and graphics, and we will say, functional foods in Brazil are pretty damn good, especially when it comes to consistency and flavor. The nutrition on Under Labz latest isn’t top of the line at 9g of protein in a 50g piece, with a high 24g of carbohydrates, 11g of that sugar, 11g of fat, and 224 calories. The protein-to-calorie ratio isn’t strong, although it looks like it makes up for that in taste, with boxes now available direct at R$139.90 (25.69 USD) in three flavors.
