Core Pudd’n is back this Black Friday and it promises to be even tastier than before

Core Puddn Return

Core Nutritionals took on the protein sludge game a few years ago when it introduced Core Pudd’n, a protein supplement designed specifically to be mixed into a pudding or dessert. It wasn’t as lean as some of the brand’s other competitors in the category, like Core Pro and Core ISO, although the tradeoff was that you get a rich and delicious protein pudding. This week, the product has returned, and it promises to be even tastier than the original.

The 2025 edition of Core Pudd’n is pushing for a strong gourmet taste, and you can see that reflected in the nutrition profile. The Core Nutritionals’ supplement still relies on milk isolate, whey concentrate, and casein to provide 20g of quality protein per serving. The three flavors also come with delicious inclusions, which in turn pump up the other macros, with the fat at 7g a serving, carbohydrates much higher than before at 11g, and 190 calories.

The tradeoff of a higher protein-to-calorie ratio for a rich, pudding-like experience is even more true this time around in Core Pudd’n, but with the chunky inclusions in the mix, we imagine it makes up for all of it in taste and texture. The product is launching for Core Nutritionals’ Black Friday sale in three pudding-like options in Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Banana Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip, and the decadent Death By Chocolate in 12 serving bags.
