Fuel 10k pumps up the protein to 20g in a new version of its Protein Porridge

Fuel 10k 20g Protein Porridge

A couple of months ago, Fuel 10k in the United Kingdom revealed and released a balanced meal solution in High Protein Rice Pudding, which shares everything right in its complete title. The functional product brings together rice pudding and skimmed milk to provide 13g of protein per single-serving pot and around 32g of nutritious carbohydrates. The notable name has now come out with a similar sort of innovation, at least in terms of balance.

Fuel 10k’s 20g Protein Porridge is its newest functional food, and it is very similar to High Protein Rice Pudding, in that it combines a quality source of protein and wholesome carbohydrates. This is also not to be confused with the brand’s already available Porridge or Protein Porridge. The new 20g Protein Porridge comes with significantly more protein than either of those at the title-mentioned 20g of the muscle-building macronutrient from added milk.

While the protein is higher, the overall size is only 10g more than the original Fuel 10k Protein Porridge, with 13g of protein, so it is very much the same concept, packing 50% more protein. The brand has debuted the larger, genuine protein-infused food in Golden Syrup and Chocolate Fudge flavors, and it is available at Co-op for £1.60 (2.11 USD) each.
