Back in August, the outdoor company Yeti acquired the shaker designs and intellectual property of the vortex-style shaker bottle brand Helimix. By the sounds of things, the giant is looking to come out with its own cup utilizing some of the features, although we won’t know exactly how much until it’s previewed or launched. Part of the $38 million cash deal was that Helimix would eventually have to shut its doors, and that is currently happening.
