Elavi has been expanding its range beyond its popular dessert-inspired cashew butters into functional protein treats with last year’s launch of the Elavi Protein Brownie. The debut flavor, Chocolate Fudge, was eventually followed by Birthday Cake Blondie, each offering a rich, clean, and plant-based experience. To close out the year, the brand is adding another classic combination to its increasingly popular snack that brings together two complementary flavors.
The newest addition to Elavi’s menu is the Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Brownie, made from dates, tapioca fiber, brown rice protein, peanut butter, and almonds. Each 50g brownie-like piece provides 10g of protein, 25g of carbohydrates with 10g of that fiber, 7g of fat, and 190 calories. It is available now through Elavi’s official online store in boxes of eight at $30, which is $3.75 per piece, or if you subscribe to receive boxes regularly, you’ll save 15%.
