Gruns maker puts 4.2g of actives plus 6g of fiber in its pre-workout gummies

Juced Pre Workout Gummies

Gruns Nutrition, the brand behind the hit superfood gummy supplement self-explanatorily named Superfoods Greens Gummies, has brought its experience to the pre-workout category with a new brand and product named Juced. We have seen pre-workouts in gummy format before from a few competitors out there, including some of the giants in Myprotein’s Pre-Workout Gummies and Cellucor’s delicious C4 Energy Gummies.

The catch with gummies is that there isn’t a lot of room for active ingredients, compared to a pre-workout powder, where it’s common to get a serving size that weighs around 20 to 30g. Gruns’ all-new Juced Pre-Workout Gummies don’t have your long list of key ingredients or hefty dosages. It features 2g each of carnitine and DuraBeet betaine, 200mg of rhodiola, and a light 95mg of natural caffeine from green tea extract.

Altogether, the Gruns pre-workout extension offers support for performance, metabolism, a touch of pumps, some energy, and gut health thanks to its 6g of prebiotic fiber. It’ll work great as a midday pick-me-up or light productivity supplement, but if you’re used to pre-workout powders, this will have trouble being as strong and comprehensive.

Gruns has launched its Juced Pre-Workout Gummies in two versions, regular and sugar-free, the former coming with 6g each of fiber and sugar for 40 calories a serving and the latter just the fiber and no sugar at all for 20 calories. There is one flavor to start in Electric Peach and as for the price, it is on the high side at $64 for a 28-serving bag for the regular Juced gummies, and for the sugar-free, you’ll pay 9% more at $70.40.
