The semifinals of the 2025 Protein Wars, presented by AstraGin, are underway, and we have a live update from the polls letting all of the competitors and voters know who is currently in the lead and roughly how far away everyone is from one another. The second-to-last round consists of two groups of three protein powders, and whoever has the most votes by the end of the week, will be punching their ticket to the intense grand final.
The live standings in group one of the Protein Wars semifinals for 2025 have Six Star’s 100% Whey Protein and Rule One’s R1 Protein in a back-and-forth lead, with last year’s champion, RYSE Loaded Protein, sitting a fair bit back. Then in group two, Muscle Sport’s signature Lean Whey and MuscleTech’s iconic Nitro-Tech are fighting it out with a similar neck-and-neck position, with Chris Bumstead’s Raw Itholate way back in last place.
We are only half way through the round with voting ending precisely at midnight Easter Time this coming Sunday.
