Muscle Sport Lean Whey makes it to the Protein Wars grand final to take on RYSE Loaded Protein

Protein Wars Grand Final 25

After three rounds and close to 200 different protein powders to vote on, we have our two finalists for the 2025 Protein Wars, proudly powered by AstraGin. It has been an intense few weeks with some intensely close battles, upsets, and surprises, and we saw all of that in the semifinals. This time one week ago, it was Raw Nutrition Itholate going against Muscle Sport Lean Whey and MuscleTech’s Nitro-Tech, and reigning Champion RYSE Loaded Protein taking on Six Star and Rule One.

After seven days of voting, and 10s of thousands of votes, we have the last two protein powders standing, one of which has never been in a Protein Wars grand final before. Muscle Sport managed to hold off a late surge by Raw Nutrition and Itholate to win by 5% with MuscleTech not too far behind. In a not-so-surprising result, RYSE and Loaded Protein stormed ahead near the end of last week and dominated mainstream brand Six Star’s Whey Protein and R1 Protein from Rule One.

You can now head to the same website people have been voting through at proteinwars.com and submit your one vote for the grand final. We do have email confirmation for the last round, as with other years, just to make sure we get the cleanest competition possible. We wish both of the remaining brands and supplements all the best and whoever comes out on top, they deserve the win with the battle they’ve won and protein powders they’ve beaten to get all the way to the end.
