Swedish functional beverage brand Clean Drink introduces Creatine Water

Clean Drink Creatine Water

Clean Drink is a beverage brand out of Sweden that has been around for quite some time, releasing several flavor extensions as well as branching out into Clean SAV:D, an energy drink made using rescued or saved fruit juice that would have otherwise been thrown away. The experienced innovator has entered a whole new path this month, an area that the world of functional beverages has yet to significantly expand into, although it is coming.

Joining the original energizing Clean Drink as well as Clean SAV:D, is Clean Mono and its all-new product, Creatine Water. As the name suggests, Creatine Water is a half-liter bottle of flavored water that doesn’t have any sugar, an infusion of electrolytes to improve hydration, and 2.5g of classic creatine monohydrate for strength and performance. There are three flavors for the beverage on launch in Raspberry, Lemon, and the popular Swedish taste Pear.

From what we can see, Clean Drink is just using standard creatine monohydrate in Clean Mono’s Creatine Water, without any mention of the instability of the popular ingredient. That isn’t to say it isn’t stable but it is a notable issue with creatine monohydrate and other beverages that have incorporated creatine. The product is out now in Sweden, and can be purchased directly from Clean Drink’s online store at a fair kr 219.00 (23.88 USD) for 12.
