Real Good Foods rolls Chicken Bacon Ranch Roll-Ups into Costco packing 11g of protein each

Real Good Foods Chicken Bacon Roll Ups

Real Good Foods has made it easier than ever to hit your protein throughout the day while keeping the carbohydrates to an absolute minimum. The functional food innovator has found ways to inject a lot more protein into some of the most enjoyable formats that would otherwise be unreachable on a nutritious diet. The brand is at it again this month, adding another type of food to their catalog exclusively at the membership retailer Costco.

Chicken Bacon Ranch Roll-Ups is Real Good Foods’ delicious new creation, which rolls together quality chicken breast, cheddar cheese, bacon & ranch sauce, wrapped in a flour tortilla. With those ingredients, the nutrition profile of the product is obviously reasonably nutritious, leading with 11g of protein per 79g roll-up. The net carbohydrates come in at 6g with a gram of that sugar, the fat is right around there at 10g, and the calories creep up to 160.

Real Good Foods’ newest high-protein food is exclusively available at the warehouse retailer Costco, which the healthy food company has been a partner of for several years. The Chicken Bacon Ranch Roll-Ups come in a giant packet, as you’d expect from Costco, squeezing in a total of 12 roll-ups, and we are talking complete single roll-up servings.
