Real Good Foods releases great-value Flour Tortillas with 10g of protein at Costco

Real Good Protein Tortillas

We already featured Real Good Foods this week for its nutritious Chicken Bacon Ranch Roll-Ups, packed full of protein and low in net carbohydrates. That’s not all the functional innovator has up its sleeve to welcome in the New Year, with another item actually rolling out alongside the Roll-Ups, also exclusively at Costco. This one is a bit more do-it-yourself in Flour Tortillas, and in typical Real Good style, they are high in protein.

The newly released Flour Tortillas are indeed made from enriched wheat flour, as well as beef tallow, and to give it that extra protein, wheat protein isolate. The muscle-building macronutrient measures in at 10g per 56g tortilla, 3g of net carbohydrates, none of it sugar, and a clean sub-100-calorie count of 90. Real Good Foods has a knack for squeezing plenty of protein and low carbs into familiar foods, and it has done it again here.

Fans of Real Good Foods can take its new high-protein and low-carbohydrate Flour Tortillas and further expand their complexity and nutrition profiles, throwing the brand’s own lightly breaded chicken to tip the protein-to-calorie balance even deeper. Again, the product is only available at Costco, which obviously means they come in a large size, and that is a bag of 12 tortillas, and the price is strong at just $8.39.
