Enhanced gets on the protein cookie dough trend at a pricey $59 for a bag of 20 servings

Enhanced Protein Cookie Dough

Protein cookie dough has become a popular type of nutrition supplement, where you basically get a sludge-style formula that’s intended to be mixed thick to make it feel like a bowl of cookie dough. It was the Australian brand Adonis that really drove the concept of protein cookie dough, with many others since following suit. Enhanced is the latest company to bring the type of protein to its catalog in the simply named Protein Cookie Dough.

To ensure a thick, dough-like consistency, the supplement is made with casein, milk concentrate, MCT oil, and chocolate droplets in the Chocolate Chip flavor. The only other flavor Enhanced has to choose from for Protein Cookie Dough is a Sugar Cookie, with actual sugar cookie pieces inside. The nutrition profile is about the same in both options, with 20g of protein a serving, 4 to 6g of fat, 19 to 20g of carbohydrates, 3 to 4g of sugar, and 140 calories.

If you’re a fan of the long-running protein pudding or protein sludge style supplement, and wouldn’t mind a cookie-dough twist to it, Enhanced’s newly released Protein Cookie Dough is worth checking out. It’s a nice change of pace from your regular protein shake, where you just mix it together in a bowl and consume it more like a food than a drink. Straight from the brand’s website, you’ll pay a rather premium $59 for a bag of 20 servings.
