The innovation from Muscle Sport at the Arnold Expo is Lean Whey Gourmet, an even more flavor-first protein supplement. The product is another solid source of protein, packing 24g per serving from milk and whey concentrate, isolate, and hydrolysate. The carbohydrates are a bit higher than the original Lean Whey, up around 5g with a portion of that sugar and 135 calories.
