XXL Nutrition in the Netherlands has had a massive impact on the convenient side of things in its home country, thanks to its launch of a whole host of different foods and formats that have been pumped full of protein. In its home country, you can find the XXL name on protein shakes, puddings, cold treats, bars, and even meals at convenience stores and supermarkets, and the one we’re focusing on here is the pot product, Fit Yogurt, packing 20g of protein.
The complete nutrition profile on Fit Yogurt, which is a collaboration between XXL Nutrition and the dairy giant Zuivelhoeve, has 15g of carbohydrates, next to the muscle-building macronutrient and well under 200 calories. Sometime between now and the debut of Fit Yogurt, the brand came out with a supersized version featuring a weight of 750g and providing more than triple the protein at 75g, 24g of carbohydrates, almost all of it sugar, and 460 calories.
While the original Fit Yogurt with 20g of protein works as a great anytime, grab-and-go protein snack, the supersized bucket packing 75g of protein is more of a complete meal or even a mass gainer with that 75g of protein to 460 calories. It is available in grocery stores in the Netherlands in two fruit-themed flavors with a sweet Strawberry and smooth Mango.
