Over the past year, the premium GNC house brand Beyond Raw has reformulated and relaunched its two signature pre-workouts in the mainstream level Lit and the more comprehensive solution, Lit AF. Both products are referred to as V2s and have substantial improvements over their predecessors. It only makes sense that Beyond Raw finishes up the revamp this month, almost a year after Lit V2, by updating its ready-to-go offering with the Lit V2 Energy Drink.
GNC and Beyond Raw have made similar tweaks to the beverage that they did to the Lit and Lit AF powder pre-workouts, including the addition of the powerhouse muscle-building performance ingredient Senactiv and the premium focus enhancer Cognizin. Both have been added in solid dosages at 50mg and 250mg, respectively. There is also the same 3.2g of beta-alanine to drive endurance, 66% more citrulline at 5g for pumps, and the same 250mg of caffeine.
All in all, and as you’d expect, Beyond Raw’s Lit V2 Energy Drink, or On-The-Go as it’s referred to, is an improvement on the previous iteration, offering more pumps, better focus, and more robust performance support. The brand is rolling it out in a fresh new set of flavors, albeit tastes borrowed from the menus of the Lit powder pre-workouts, in the tropical cocktail Passion Orange Guava, and two candy-inspired options, Gummy Worm and Gummy Shark.
