For those not familiar with the product, this is not your typical protein bar or cookie; it is a sweet, creamy, fluffy filling sandwiched between two crumbly cookies and packed with protein. It comes in a host of flavors, and that has included authentic flavor collaborations with the peanut butter legend Skippy.
Coming to market this week is another authentic Skippy peanut butter flavor for Redefine Foods’ Oatmeal Protein Pie, and it is a hybrid experience of sorts. This time around, the functional food specialist has brought together smooth peanut butter and sweet marshmallow. The collaboration is called Marshmallow Skippy, and it still provides a fair amount of protein at 14g per piece, 24g of carbohydrates from the oat base, 5g of sugar, 21g of fat, and 320 calories.
The all-new Skippy Marshmallow Oatmeal Protein Pie joins the handful of other authentic Skippy flavors fans have to choose from, like Chocolate, Peanut Butter and Jelly, and a classic Skippy Peanut Butter.
