Strike One in Chile has always been about Dragon Ball Z since its very inception, in fact, we’ve often referred to it as the Dragon Ball Z Energy Drink. The brand has only ever had one line of beverages packed with caffeine and available in a variety of flavors, each centered around a key character from the legendary manga and anime. More recently, Strike One has expanded quite quickly, adding more character flavors and even a Dragon Ball Z-themed protein bar.
With all of that said, it makes Strike One’s latest move quite surprising, as it has dipped away from the Dragon Ball Z universe for the first time in its history and partnered with another iconic world and set of characters in Sonic. The brand has developed Vitaminized Water specifically for kids, featuring no added sugar alongside magnesium, zinc, and seven vitamins, including vitamins C, B1, B3, B6, and B12, to support hydration and everyday wellness in a friendly format.
While it is different from what we usually see from the brand, Vitaminized Water’s underlying approach is much the same in a family of functional beverages in collaboration with a popular intellectual property. Strike One’s latest has three flavors in Sonic’s Apple, Knuckles’ Grape, and Amy Rose’s Pear. You can get them from the brand’s website in packs of 12, 500ml bottles at $13,990 (15.55 USD), or if you want to try them all, there is a variety pack for a touch more at $14,990 (16.66 USD).
