Rule One rolls out Hydration with close to a gram of electrolytes and four flavors

Rule One Hydration

Lytes is a supplement that’s been around for several years over at Rule One Proteins, and it’s relatively straight to the point. The product is packed full of essential electrolytes from reliable sources to fuel hydration, performance, and recovery. Every serving has a combined total of just under a gram of electrolytes, a respectable amount, plus a gram each of citrulline malate at a two-to-one ratio and taurine, again, to fuel hydration and performance.

While Lytes may no longer be listed on Rule One Proteins’ website, you will find something called Hydration or Rule One Hydration. From what we can tell, it is the same supplement under a different title, still featuring 975mg of total electrolytes as well as the taurine and citrulline. The relaunched product does bring with it more tastes to choose from, as alongside the original Blue Razz and Lemon Lime are now Strawberry Kiwi and Watermelon.
