Electro X has traditionally centered its selection around hydration and performance, particularly through its flagship, electrolyte-filled drink. The beverage maker combines all sorts of functional ingredients in its products, including electrolytes, BCAAs, natural caffeine, vitamins, and carbohydrates to support endurance, energy, hydration, and recovery. A couple of months ago, the Chinese brand stepped things up a notch and incorporated protein for the first time.
That protein-powered Plus Protein Drink has now received its first extension in addition to the original Cocoa. The new and second-ever flavor of the Electro X protein shake blends premium Guizhou plateau matcha with the beverage’s core 15g of high-quality protein, while remaining lactose-free, low in sugar and fat, and rich in calcium. Like the original Cocoa, the ready-to-drink protein shake comes in a convenient 300ml bottle and is available now across China.
