Trec gives its new blend-style protein powder six tasty flavors right out of the gate

Trec Nutrition Protein 100

Trec Nutrition is one of the more prominent, long-running supplement companies in Europe, and like many others in that part of the world, it competes heavily in the category of protein powder with a variety of sources, nutrition balances, and purposes. Protein 100 is the latest innovation from the brand for that saturated space of sports nutrition, with the goal of giving fans something they can use in a variety of situations and backed by quality ingredients.

Protein 100 from Trec Nutrition runs on a blend of whey concentrate and casein, alongside some added free-form amino acids in glutamine and taurine. In a standard 30g serving of the supplement, you get 21g of complete muscle-building protein, a single gram of fat, around 6g of carbohydrates, a small amount of that sugar, and between 110 and 120 calories. The macros do vary slightly across the flavors, and despite how new it is, there are a few of them.

Trec Nutrition is launching Protein 100 in six flavors right out of the gate, mixing familiar options like Smooth Vanilla, Rich Chocolate, and Strawberry Milk Shake with far more unusual picks in Peanut Butter Blast, Creamy Banana, and Mango & Passion Fruit Sticky Rice. The product is a great way to boost your protein intake with a menu that has something for everyone, and it’s rolling out to the European market shortly in a 700g tub and a large 2kg jug.
